OBVERSE or REVERSE TECHNIQUES, LEFT or RIGHT STANCES

85.  In a Right Stance a Right technique is Obverse and Left technique, Reverse.

86.  All stances to the side e.g. Attention, Close, Parallel, Ready, Sitting are neither left or right, therefore techniques are neither obverse or reverse.

87.  All forward stances with a 50%-50% weight ratio e.g. Walking, Low, Fixed the forward leg denotes the stance. If the right leg is forward in a walking stance, then this is a right walking stance.

88.  In all forward stances with unequal weight ratio e.g. L, Bending, Vertical the most load bearing leg denotes the stance.  In L stance if 70% of the weight is on the right leg then this is a right L stance.  Therefore any technique with the right arm is an obverse technique, the left arm will produce a reverse technique.

89.  NORMAL MOTION
requires a breath in, followed by a breath out when
executing the technique, then a slight pause before the next technique.

90.  CONTINUOUS MOTION
is used when combining several hand techniques
without pausing.  (Still with one breath in and out per technique).
83.  REVERSE SIDE PIERCING KICK
Bandae Yop Cha Jirugi.
